Art Exhibit Announcement
The China Aids Orphan Fund (CAOF) launched its documentary exhibit titled 'Living Dreams In a Dying Village'( in the Twin Cities area on November 3, 2003 with the support of Breck School and the Perpich Center. The exhibit features approximately 20 paintings by AIDS orphans in the Henan province. Each drawing is accompanied by a one page Chinese essay and its English translation. Most of these paintings illustrate the hopes and dreams of these children who are living through a tragedy with devastating social and economic impact.
The exhibit will be on display at various civic centers, churches and buildings in the Twin Cities area during the spring of 2004.Now it is shown in various major cities in the United States.
