Among the reputable and on-the-ground non-profit organizations that are currently working in the Henan Provincnce, the Chi Heng Foundation is a non-governmental organization based in Hong Kong, China. It is one of Hong Kong’s most active promoters of HIV/AIDS education and increasingly works to promote both education and assistance relief to persons in mainland China who have contracted the HIV virus and their children. Mr. Chung To, a Harvard-educated business professional currently living and working in Hong Kong, is our partner at Chi Heng Foundation.  Mr. To is very active in both delivering services to as well as educating the broader public about AIDS orphans in China’s Henan Province.  As a partner in tackling this devastating epidemic in the Henan province, we at the China AIDS Orphan Fund has been in close contact with the Chi-Heng Foundation.
